Verschil in weergegeven lijndiktes tussen een Revit model en een daarin gelinkt ander Revit model

Je hebt het vast ook wel een keer gehad: lijndiktes van een gelinkt Revit model worden verkeerd weergegeven (meestal zijn ze veel te dik). Hoe kan je een verschil tussen de weergegeven lijndiktes van een gelinkt Revit model dan oplossen?

Bij diverse projecten heeft de volgende oplossing mij al geholpen:

Revit line weight widths for the 16 line weights are stored in each project.  When a Revit project is linked into a host Revit project, the line weight value is determined by the link and not the host project value.

If a linked project has a different line width for the same line weight, this is how it will appear in the host project.

The following option can be used to match the line weights between a link and host Revit project:

• Temporarily unload the linked file under Manage > Manage Links > Revit.
• Select the link > Unload.  Close the Manage Links dialog.
• Open the linked file in the same instance of Revit.
• With both project files open, Manage > Transfer Project Standards.
• Check None, then check Line Weights to copy the line weight values from the desired project file.
• The linked file can then be reloaded under Manage > Manage Links > Revit.  Select the link > Reload.
